MDF Christmas Snowflake Tree

Purple Snowflake Tree

Hello everyone

Here we are with another project for you and this time it’s Christmas. I love this MDF Snowflake Christmas Tree…and as we now start to think about Christmas in the crafting world I thought I show you how to make our new, very ornate Stand Up Snowflake Tree.

You will need our following products to create this:

Stand Up MDF Snowflake Tree, Chalky Light Green Paint, Christmas Background Stamp, Lilac Stamens, Lilac Wintersweet Flower, Microbeaded Berries, Modeling Paste, Snow Balls, Dried Flowers, Poinsettia Die, MDF Reindeer, Viva Letters & Embellishments Stamp, 3D Snow in a Bottle and Ice Crystals.

Firstly you need to assembly the Christmas Tree using a little bit  of PVA Glue, paint it all with Viva Light Green Chalky Paint. When dry, stamp the Letters and Embellishment image in places.

Add the 3D Snow in a Bottle in places and when still wet, sprinkle the Ice Crystals over it. Die cut Poinsettia using any colour card and paint it using the Viva Light Green Chalky Paint again.

Use our Christmas Background stamp to stamp and cut our some words for the decoration.

To create the festive flower arrangement use our Olive Green Holly Leaves, Poinsettia and Stamens and secure it in place.

To make the snow at the bottom of the stand use Modelling paste and sprinkle some 3D Snow Balls onto it and lilac stamens heads.

Finally add the stamens heads to the Snowflakes and add the cut out words from the Background Stamp. There we have it – your MDF Snowflake Christmas Tree is ready for your unique Christmas Home Decor decoration.

And this is a slightly different variation on the same Snowflake Tree.

I hope you like it and see you again soon.

Best Wishes

Anna Marie
