Ice Effect is a fine-grained paste for the design of ice and snow effects on absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces.
Surface must be clean, dry and free from grease.
Ice Effect can be plastered, painted, spotted or stenciled.
It dries smudge-proof and weather-resistant. For partial ice-effect apply the paste thinly with the brush. For broad snow effect plaster the paste in several layers if necessary.
Water based. Stare thoroughly before use.
