Shipping And Returns

Products are delivered to the address specified by the customer on the purchase order and only to geographic zones that we service.

Please ensure that your address is correct before placing an order.

When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability.
Please note – It is possible that although stock is showing on the website, we may have sold out of the item before the system is updated, in this instance we will contact you via email to inform you and you will have the choice of waiting for the item to come back in stock (usually within a week) or a refund/alternative for that item/s.
We currently dispatch all our parcels within our business hours which are 8 am till 5. 30 pm.

Our order processing time is normally 7 working days- Monday till Friday.
We use Royal Mail and UK Mail to delivery your parcel.

If your parcel is shipped by our courier UK Mail you will receive an email from them informing you that your parcel is in transit and delivery time.
Please also note that during busier than usual times (Craft Shows, Create & Craft TV shows, Sale), we get a significant increase in our orders so the delivery time might be delayed.

Anna Marie Designs will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods.

All products leave our premises in perfect condition. The customer must notify the carrier (or postman) of even the slightest trace of damage (holes, signs of crushing, etc.) to the parcel, and refuse the package if necessary. A new, identical product will then be sent to the customer at no additional charge.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Anna Marie Designs shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.

Force Majeure
Anna Marie Designs shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

If you need to return a product purchased from Anna Marie Designs then you have 28 working days to do so.  The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.

The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 3 working days.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

Cancellation of Orders
If you want to cancel your order you must do that within 24 hours from placing your order as in some cases the orders are shipped next day and when in transit the cancellation is not possible. Please refer to return Policy. If you cancel your order within 24 hours from placing your order a full refund will be arranged at our earliest convenience. (times when we are away exhibiting at the Craft Shows will delay this process)

Please note that the amount of £30.00 P&P will be automatically added to your order and any difference in shipping fee will be refunded to you once the order is sent.

Our postage costs are accumulated and calculated based on weight and size of each item ordered.


Please, note that we do offer Free Shipping and handling for all UK orders for orders of £60.

All heavy UK orders are always dispatched by UK Mail couriers.
