Beautiful Classique Rose by Patricia

Its lovely to be here again to share another card project with you all.

Today I have prepared a feminine card, focusing on the beautiful flower heart and rose stamp set.

First, I started with an 8×8 Kraft card blank as the base, I gently distressed a piece of dictionary card stock, around the edges using scissors.

I layered it onto the card base leaving as small border.

I then layered a piece of 7×7 patterned paper from the Anna Marie Peach Blissful paper pack, distressed around the edge as before.

Next, I stamped and coloured the rose image onto 3.5 x 5.5 inch, white card  and matt and layered it onto a Kraft card, again leaving a small border.

For the embellishments I chose a strip of lace, flowers, some berries and fibre, then added a few pearls to the two opposite corners and finished with faux stitching around all the edges.
